You think the wildly diverse characters of the Star Wars universe drink their coffee the same way?
Not at all, according to popular Archive of Our Own author Violet Wilson. The fanfiction writer tweeted a thread of the different ways characters from all three Star Wars trilogies — and the various standalone movies — would consume their caffeine.
Obi-Wan Kenobi, for one, would take pride in his well-balanced brew.
Star Wars Characters and how they make their coffee: a thread
Obi Wan makes French press coffee and gently uses just the weight of his hand to lower the filter, so that the sediment isn’t overly disturbed and the acidity is controlled. pic.twitter.com/2q3ca0Ei2I

While sequel characters Finn and Rey keep it simple, drinking their coffee via Keurig and the gas station, Poe would definitely drink it in the most delicate way possible.
Han Solo and General Leia, on the other hand, would have wildly different needs.
While the other Skywalker twin, Luke, would drink caffeine via gentler methods.
Contrary to her supervillain husband, prequel queen Padmé would drink her coffee as elaborately and elegantly as can be.
And while Kylo Ren would use a complicated Aeropress, in the past, as Ben Solo, he would drink decaf because he was Going Through It.
Personally, I believe Yoda drinks Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee no matter the season, and he takes pride in it.
